The service was great when I was selecting frames...helpful, patient, and efficient. When I was measured for and fit it seemed very rushed and imprecise. I received both sets of glasses and, neither fit correctly. One literally falls off my face and the others do not sit properly - the arms do not rest low enough on my ears and the bridge is too far down on my nose, which means the bifocal transition is off. You really need to fix your directions on the map. It’s giving you a bad rating when it isn’t about the visit at all.

Map location is way off. If you click directions it takes you to spot in the road next to Grant's Farm. The address is a very different location.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I was in and out in record time. Waiting for the glasses to be delivered now...but, so far so good.
