I used Warby Parker for the first time a few weeks ago. I ordered 5 frames online, but needed an exam. There was a Warby Parker optical store with eye doctors. I failed to get my optometrists name, but she was young (comparably to me). She was very pleasant and focused. Very detail oriented during the exam.
