I purchased two sets of eyewear from Warby Parker in January, 2024, totaling close to $1000. I upgraded to Progressive lens and scratch protection. One year later, I noticed a scratch across one of the lens and took them to a local Warby Parker store where I was told that the warranty had expired and I need to replace the lens at full cost.
