The ophthalmologist at the Hingham location was fantastic! She took her time with me and was very thorough. I was also pleasantly surprised by how great the staff was in helping me select the correct style for my face. Two thumbs up!
If you haven’t done Warby Parker, then you are doing eye care wrong! From the moment you walk in all the way up to the appointment, the staff was low pressure, but attentive and friendly. Dr. Kozak was super thorough and very helpful. Unlike some of the other eye care providers who are just going through the motions. 10 out of 10 recommend Five stars isn’t enough
Great selection of glasses and everyone was helpful and made ordering a breeze!
The worst service ever. I do not recommend this place. The employee at check-in was rude and unprofessional. I called ahead of time to make sure arriving 15–20 minutes late would still be okay, and customer service confirmed that I should still come in for the appointment. However, once I arrived, I was turned away. Very disappointing experience at the Warby Parker location .
Great service. Answered all my questions and discussed options.
