I had a great experience at Warby Parker from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, making the entire process easy and stress-free. My eye exam went smoothly, and they took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They also helped me find frames that fit my style and were honest with their recommendations.
Great experience with Dr Garcia and the retail staff. Dr Garcia was so warm, it really put me at ease immediately - normally I find eye exams give me anxiety. Thanks ti the modern equipment and her personable demeanor, it was the most comfortable I’ve ever felt during an eye exam. The retail stuff helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses and even submitted my claim to Insurance so I didn’t have to do the paperwork at home. Would definitely highly recommend! 15/10.
