Worst optometrist experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Sall didn’t explain anything about what she was doing during her procedures clearly, and when I asked for her to repeat she did not. I’m hard of hearing & couldn’t follow along well at times. My chin was legit yanked from the Chin rest out of her machine when she moved along the machines because she wanted to move quickly through the appointment, but her behaviour soured the whole visit. My wife and I went for eye exams and new glasses. It was a very smooth experience from the phone call for the appointments, to arriving for the eye exams and selecting glasses. Selection and prices are great. They stand behind everything they do and their customer service is personalized. They listen and they focus on you. You will clearly feel their vision before looking through it. Enjoy your new glasses!!!
I was greeted by Sarah and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I did not have my insurance card but she took my information into their system. I went back the next day and Jimmy was there to greet and help me with my prescription and glasses. He as well as Sarah made the process smooth and quick. Thank you very much for a very different and flexible eyeglass buying experience.
Getting my glasses from Warby Parker was great experience, the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, great selections of different frames and good price
