Excellent service - professional and so helpful
I had such a great experience at Warby Parker in Deerfield! The customer service was excellent, especially thanks to Dimitri, who helped me when I went in to get my sunglasses and then helped my husband and me when we went back to get him new glasses. Dimitri was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He gave us great input on different styles and really made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Easy to schedule an exam. Reasonable prices. Doctor was great with pediatric exams.
It was my first time there, felt a little overwhelmed w a new place. Although Staff and MD were so friendly and welcoming and I had a gr8 overall experience from start to finish! 10/10, id recommend this place to my friends and family!
