Disclaimer - this review is not to the store specifically, the staff at the store has been amazing! This 1 star review is for the customer service or rather the whole purchase experience: the staff at the store was able to locate our insurance and we purchased the glass and paid for it. The order never came, it's been 1.5 months. Now we are on a long thread of emails with the customer service, they claimed that they couldn't find our insurance.
