Had a really wonderful experience here the other day — walked in expecting to try on a few pairs and begin my quest, ended up waltzing out in a great mood with a new pair of glasses ordered. Staff was super helpful, friendly, and well-informed without being overbearing. Walked me through all the insurance intricacies and explained how the process works very clearly. Thanks for guiding me through what is usually a very stressful experience with such grace and warmth!

A most amazing experience - great glasses, wonderful staff, and most impressive was the delivery experience, where I needed progressive glasses for the day of my eye surgery (6 days from ordering) and the staff successfully pushed the process well ahead of their usual expedited 10-day delivery - thank you thank you! And the glasses where perfect!
Freddy was the sales associate that assisted me at the Brooklyn, Bergen Street location. He was professional, prompt and pleasant. He was genuinely interested in helping me select eyewear that fit my style and look. Attentive, helpful and courteous. Poster child for giving a great customer experience.
