Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!
Staff was super friendly and more importantly the were helpful. Gave me suggestions, walked me through sizing of frames, gave me advice on which fit my face best. Then very easy process to get the lenses, and it's all delivered straight to my house so I don't have to go back to get them.
fantastic customer service great selection of frames quick processing and delivery of frames/lenses always honor their policies
Every aspect of the visit was superb. The employees acknowledged me as I arrived. The exam was quick and thorough, the optometrist was the same one as the time before - lovely and very personable. The employee that assisted me in selecting my new eyewear was awesome and made the experience wonderful! She made good eye contact and listened. She picked out eyewear for me that was “spot on”! I will be referring everyone to the East Cobb Warby Parker! Five-star service!!!!
