This is the greatest company for glasses. I bought a pair, discovered WP was not in my network so I returned them. After looking around I find they're frames are superior to the ones @ the malls, not to mention less cost. I called WP for return label, they never asked one question. Mailed them back on Tuesday, had my refund the following Saturday. I'm going in tomorrow to purchase another pair. People are great!
I bought my wife a pair of Warby Parker prescription glasses less than a month ago and she absolutely loved them and got a lot of compliments on how it looked. I came home to find that our puppy had chewed her new WP glasses and she was very sad about her glasses. So I called and spoke with Kayla at Shop Good in OKC and told her what had happened.
