First time in Warby Parker. Great experience. Great customer service. Great selection.
Spent an hour at lens crafter in the mall and no one even acknowledged us or helped us. The glasses were all designer and not well organized. Finally the person showed us extra frames but my wife wasn't 100% happy so instead of settling I told her we should try warby parker. The second we walked in to Warner Parker we were greeted and the prices and "wide" "medium" were easily identifiable and the the frames were organized much better. Amazing service, great selection and price.
Have not received my glasses yet so I can not comment on the quality of the merchandise, however, the staff at this store is about as professional, informative, knowledgeable, and polite as I have ever seen. It was really good to step into a shop these days and see excellent customer service! Hope the product is equally as good as the staff.
