Yesterday while sitting at my desk working, the arm fell off a pair of glasses I'd purchased from another retailer on 24 Jan 2025. Today is 30 Apr 2026... making my prescription more than a year old. Luckily, I had a backup second pair of glasses of the same prescription. The Warby Parker experience was top notch, seamless and overall great. I visited the Annapolis MD location and Kimberly was amazing!!!
Awesome store and great crew I recommend all to visit this store for your eye care they have the best doctor to give you the advise. Kimberly the stire nanager is great as well
