I brought my prescription from my eye doctor to Warby Parker. It had been a few years since I purchased new glasses and my prescription had changed quite a bit, so I needed new glasses and heard good things about Warby Parker. Warby Parker at Boca Town Center made it so fast, easy and was so affordable. I was recommended to purchase glasses for my children here and although the selection is limited, the service and the price were wonderful! Highly recommend!
Had a knowledgeable person helping me who answered all of my questions and made it easy for my choice in eye glasses.
3rd time I've been in the store to have glass frames tightened. The staff are not helpful. They ask everytime for an email address that's been given to them b4. If the sales person is not capable of inputing correct information they need better help. Clearly the glasses were purchased there but, clearly not possible to get the proper help needed. Will purchase nothing there again. Their policy is rediculous.
They were terrific as regards professionalism, knowledgeable of their products and services, caring about my satisfaction, and they had the exact frames I wanted and that’s why I also purchased lenses. They are conveniently located at the Boca Town Center Mall and easy to reach,
