I encountered an issue while buying contacts online through them, and they helped me figure out what went wrong and expedited my shipping for me so I’d get my contacts quickly, even though the problem was completely my fault!! I can’t say enough good things about them. My glasses are super cute, too!!
Buying glasses can be stressful and expensive. Warby Parker in Columbus was great. The selection is great and the prices are even better. Gabby, our optician was professional and very helpful. We will definitely go back.
