This is my second time purchasing glasses from Warby Parker. Each time it's been a good experience. The staff are professional and friendly. They don't crowd you. You are allowed to browse. The staff answers your questions with honesty and knowledge. I have enjoyed my visits even to just get my glasses adjusted.
