This review is solely based on my experiences repeatedly coming in to get glasses adjusted. Each time I get glasses adjusted here, the people working are not effective at providing a comfortable and relevant adjustment. It appears that they do not know how to do this task well. I have not been in this role, mind you, so I don't critique from any experience. But I know when someone is proficient or not. Great experience all around
Buyer Beware! Trying to get Warby Parker to fit your glasses after you receive them is an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. They may or may not have someone to do it and, if they do, the wait is at least an hour, usually more. You can't make an appointment or call to see how long the wait is at a given time or even get a schedule when they have "fitters" working.
