Kinney was very helpful in helping my husband and I pick out new glasses and sunglasses. She spent alot of time with us, running to the back for additional options multiple times, and giving us honest feedback to help us make our choices! The other staff members were helpful as well, adjusting our existing frames for us. Who knew that a little tweak to my RX sunglasses would sharpen up the reading vision?! Great staff! 10 out of 10!
I bought glasses online and went into the store about a month ago to have them adjusted. The customer services is amazingly good - cheeful, helpful, knowledgeable. Really refreshing in today's world! About 2 weeks later, my brand new glasses fell out of my pocket and got run over by a car -- so I sheepishly brought them back in today and the people in the store were even more cheeful, hepful, and knowledgeable! I feel grateful that we have this store here in Boulder.

Incredible customer service! The woman with the red hair helped me for over an hour try on different styles and had a great system for narrowing my choices down! She was so friendly and took time to understand what I was looking for. She even popped out sunglasses lenses for me to try the frame on, plugged in my phone when it died, and engaged in pleasant conversation! Just had an amazing experience at Warby Parker! Christie and Chelsea were absolutely fantastic helping me pick out frames - they really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made great suggestions. They were patient while I tried on what felt like half the store and gave honest feedback about what worked best with my face shape. Dr. Leah was incredible during my eye exam.
