I have been putting off getting new glasses for months since getting my new prescription. Today I finally made my way to the Warby Parker store and am so glad I did. A staff member assisted me in picking the right pair of glasses as well as filing an insurance claim. I believe her name was Christine/Christy and she was just wonderful. I’ve used Warby Parker in the past and am very happy that I went back.
I was super pleased with Warby Parker staff. They were all super nice and super helpful. I prefer them over other eyeglass chains!
Chelsea was very helpful to me and made my trepidation for my first pair of glasses very simple. She was wonderful.
