Went in to get new glasses with my grandmother. Steven greeted us at the door with a warm welcome and helped us find the perfect pairs of glasses. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and made good suggestions for pairs to try on. The rest of the staff was helpful too, helping me tighten the frames on my old glasses while I shopped for a new pair. I definitely recommend this store for their friendly staff.
WP was such a pleasant experience. I did my research before hand, so, just fyi, i submitted my prescription online already before heading into the actual WP store. Even if you didnt't, make sure you have a recent eye exam from your OD, or, WP will point you in the direction of one. My expeirence with the store was great - many employees came up to me, Jaz being the first one, and she was very helpful at guiding me where my preferred style of glasses were in the store. Dr.Savickas went so in depth and was very thorough with my exam. She was so friendly and helpful. She is also very knowledgable. Yesenia was so helpful and very sweet. She helped me make a decision for my glasses very fun. Ryan also was so attentive, helpful and so sweet. I have been coming to WP Oakbrook for years. This location is genuinely the best ✨
It was a great experience (AGAIN!). I have a difficult prescription and they always take the time to get it right (It was Chris Mc this time.). And the breadth and deep-down classiness of their selection cannot be matched. I am a customer forever.
