Received great service as soon as I walked in the door. The representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had to replace lenses in a pair of glasses that I previously purchased from Warby. The price was reasonable. They easily pulled up my history which made for a smooth transition. They also tightened and cleaned the frames I was wearing complementary. They have tons of frames on display. So, I’ll be back!

They made the whole experience easy and fun, and even gave me a great compliment—said I looked like a young Liberian while trying on different styles 😄. Definitely go pay them a visit at the Oak Brook Warby Parker location, great people and always good vibes!
