Very attentive and helpful staff. Excellent service. Store is a bit sterile (long and narrow). Could use something to warm it up (could be location in mall)
I told Chris that there was no need to check my insurance plan since I've done it previously, and I know that it's less expensive to buy at Warby Parker than with VSP at my Optometrist office.
they were fast and helpful. It didnt take much time to get my glasses. i liked that they were not trying to constantly nag me about helping me. i just wanted to explore by myself.
Michelle, Chiara, and Lucas helped us with an exam, frame selection, and even submitted our out of network reimbursement form for us! Super easy, super pleasant, super quick. Would definitely recommend!
