Store was clean and well-organized. Options were perfect for what I was looking for and I never felt rushed or pressured. Person who served me was pleasant and professional.
I’ve used this location multiple times and they’ve always been great. The staff is friendly all around, they get in for appointments on time and there’s no pushy sales people or tactics which is a big point for me. They don’t work with Blue Cross insurance which is what I carry but oh well, I’ll just have to go through a reimbursement. This is my go to spot for eye care.
My partner and I came in today to get glasses and sunglasses. We were quickly greeted by Sydd, who was truly excellent throughout the entire process. They were so helpful in understanding the process and options available, and ready to offer feedback and encouragement if requested.
