I called 3 Ford dealerships telling them I drove up from North Carolina and my o² sensors were out and need them replaced within 6 days to drive back. Every ford dealership: "yea we have some openings next spring" basically, "yea we can get you in the shop in 8 months" bruh. I call this place, guy gets my car the next morning, replaces my o2 sensors in like 3 hours after i drop it off. completely saves the day. Best mechanic in RI for that imo. 6/5 stars.
Geoff is the best! I've dropped off a car and left a message about the problem and get a call that it's all fixed sooner than expected. Today, I got a new battery, but because the computer components are in the way, the store employee didn't want to do it. Geoff had time. I went there and I was out in about 30 minutes. Short notice and a bit work, but I'd have gladly paid 3 times what he asked.
