Very helpful staff with good communication.
Since moving in, Karissa from the Scone office has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Nothing is ever a hassle and she follows up quickly on everything. Highly recommend
Would not even give these scammers even a one star review. I engaged this agency to manage my property in Scone and .communication was poor, rental funds were not remitted to my account in a timely manner, and repeated follow-ups were required to obtain responses. They take your money and provide zero service. I ultimately terminated the management agreement due to these issues. Based on my experience, I would not use this agency again. These agents dont deserve to be in business.

They are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Communication has been excellent and they’re always quick to respond, which made the whole process stress-free. I’ve really appreciated their support and genuine care. Highly recommend!
