We have utilised your service for almost 15 years regularly and it has been great. We understand that Newcastle Hire Car and Waratah Hire Car have merged and we understand that it takes time for everything to be sorted out. However the trip we had from Newcastle to Sydney Airport was the worse experience I've ever had with a driver. They almost swiped a parked car in our street. My wife and I used Waratah Car Hires for our wedding and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. The professional yet personal service provided is what makes this business great. They were punctual getting to the accomodation and had no problem with us not being quite ready and did everything they could to make the bride as comfortable and not stressed as possible. 10/10 would recommend we had a great wedding thanks to them
