Charged me a $55 ‘no show’ fee for an appointment that I cancelled via their link they send you to confirm the appointment. Explained that there must have been an error on their end and the receptionist agreed. A week later I received an invoice for the fee. Absolutely disgusting money grab.

This medical centre is the best I’ve ever been to they r extremely caring and patient and got to the bottom of my problems because they listened I highly recommend
Great practice with friendly, compassionate and very helpful staff. Reception staff went above and beyond. GPs were amazing and supported my recent health needs.
