Dustin Waraner is a Bully and one of the rudest, self-righteous individuals I have ever dealt with as a previous Property Manager in Alamo! After a job he did on the property on Danville Blvd I called him about following up on his incomplete work and he literally started yelling at me and was unwilling to finish the job. This was a few years ago but it needs to be said and I would have no issue saying it to him in person!!!
I have gone with Waraner several times for various tree trimming and stump removal projects. Recently had them thin out a monterey pine and remove mistletoe and dead branches from birch tree. All very well done and good clean-up afterwards too.
