Facilities are great and pool and gym staff are kind, the front desk and phone staff however are so incredibly rude and curt. Be aware before you call or talk to them that you’ll have to deal with snarky looks and responses

Here for a swimming meet. The pool area is beautiful, clean, and there is a spacious viewing area to watch.
The open hours are horrible. Why is it only open half the day, everyday, including weekends? I pay more to use this rec center than every other urban place I've lived, yet it's open half of the time.
Your mileage may vary. Swimming instructors act as if they have other things to do. Changing rooms need maintenance. Some showers are only cold. Other people taking 20 minutes to shower their kids in closed showers. Gymnastics instructors actually seem to care and are good. Staff varies.
