Terrifying. The front door had plywood nailed to the front due to what looked like a break in. The gate to the property had been driven through (along with that, the pictured driveway was NOT what we arrived to. It’s a very steep hill). There are two graves on the property that are not mentioned. There is a camera on the front porch that wasn’t mentioned. There’s a barn on the property that was not mentioned. The list goes on. I do not recommend this cabin. If you choose to stay here, bring protection for comfort.

We met with other family members who are country people, un accustomed to crowds, and we rented the cabin that ended up located so close to Beaver Lake that we were thrilled by the proximity. But, best of all was how beautifully equipped the cabin was, for our family to enjoy one another, cook, serve delicious meals, even bake cakes, because it was Easter and the owners had seen to having all the right tools and serving equipment to make our time special and memorable. We came here for our honeymoon. It's beautiful here and we loved it! I really wanted to leave a 5 star but the wasp nest inside the hot tub housing permits me from doing so. Thank goodness we are not allergic to them. We could only use the tub in the early morning or late evening when they were not active. It appears this may be an on going issue based on all the cans of wasp spray they provide. It is very secluded, quiet and peaceful. There is no internet and no close neighbors.
