Was great appt, all staff were all very Prof., kind, very timely, highly knowledgeable about my situation & subject matter. The Doctor did great prior to & did an outstanding job in explaining everything on my chart. Which was massively helpful, due to My husband missing his call after I was finished & in recovery. Everyone from checking in, nurses, anesthesia doctor, prep nurses, and doctor were outstanding. Give there staff a perfect 10.
Everyone be is so nice. They answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail to me.
My experience was very good. The only “complaint” was a lengthy (to me) wait for the procedure to begin. I was cold, even though I had been covered with several warm blankets, but they didn’t stay warm for very long. Other than that I was treated very well.
