I had my first appointment with them today (11/02/2025). Just because I was 10 minutes late to my appointment the receptionist (Natalie) didn’t let me in. I also requested them to rebook me but she showed some stinky attitude and was so rude. I have seen so many similar reviews against this one person only while there is other people work in this surgery also i believe.
