Very disappointed with the receptionist this morning: I arrived promptly and waited my turn in the queue. When I eventually spoke to the lady she was very rude to me because I had no forms filled out. I was unaware any forms needed to be processed. She said that forms had been sent to me a week ago. I checked my emails and truthfully no forms had been sent. Fact. Mistakes happen, I accept, rudeness is unacceptable.
I use this dentist along with my kids. The receptionists are warm and helpful and the dental team are professional, thorough and friendly. Thanks for being a great community dentist who care about your NHS patients when the system is pretty overwhelmed and a lot of dentists seem to have given up.
I have been coming her for over 15 years and my kids for over 10 years. The result and care has been great and the people are very friendly and supportive.
