The owner & manager of the place has done a great job of introducing my partner & I to many complicated cosmic theory. We've learnt heaps and enjoyed the evening 100% Telescopes, rocks, pictures, stories. Excellent 120% recommend Go w time and eager to learn Ta Owen
We had an excellent time at this observatory, the wealth of knowledge the owner has is incredible. Definitely recommend for a fun educational time :)
Owen is a lovely gentlemen with so much knowledge. We took our 6yr old son for a daytime view of the sun and was only 3 of us. Much of the information could have been cut short for our son but is manageable for adults to endure. Much of the posters/info about space is also easily obtained from google search now too. Allow a few hours as Owen is very chatty and passionate and i think he enjoys the company. Proceeds go to charity too to feed starving children which is lovely.
Fantastic spot to take night photography and astrophotography.
