This attorney was was assigned by the court as the attorney for a child of whom I am seeking custody . He is completely inflexible, refusing to meet at any time other than 9am in his office. I work 9-5 Monday through Friday and am already having to use my vacation time (which is not unlimited) on the many court dates this process requires. I have suggested meeting before work, after work, or having him go to the school (which is 6 miles away from his office) when the child gets out. This is all too inconvenient for him.
