Jay and Skip are great! They both have gone out of their way to help me numerous times.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Skip and Jay are great to work with. They even helped me when I got in a pickle with a floor wax job and they were able to meet me after hours to get the commercial grade products we needed. I'd give them 100 ⭐️'s if I could. Thank you so much guys.
So I’ve never had laminate floors and I had bit of a snafu with a steamer and some hardwood polish that caused a Milky Way disaster on my new floors. I spoke with Skip Skipper via Dean at Floor Boys and told him what I had done. He suggested I just use more polish which I was hesitant to do but hey my floors were already unsightly. He had expensive equipment he could sell me but really thought it could work. I tried it and it fixed it so while I may not need their professional services I can vouch for their integrity 1000%!!... read more
