I was going to leave a review because they’re VERY unprofessional & if I could leave ZERO stars I would especially since they want to steal a TOTE that I had cast iron cookware in AND my daughter’s laundry detergent. Like are y’all really that BROKE?!
Highly concerning and unprofessional practices. A representative associated with this company disclosed private loan and repossession information to an unauthorized third party who was not on the loan and had no legal authority to receive that information. During the interaction, the agent made threatening and coercive statements, which is prohibited under federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Act and related regulations. Me and my wife has been buying cars over 10 years from this company. Excellent service. It's a tow yard. What are you expecting to smell like? Family and orientated. Very respectful. Never had a car towed, but I bought plenty of cars from them. So I do feel other people's thoughts and what they went through
