The owner and employee came to tow my car after I was in an accident. I sat in my totaled car for two plus hours not knowing what to do. He saw I was hurt and took me to the hospital before even picking up my car and towing it. I was so thankful for him. Being two hours away from home I didn’t know what to do.
Unethical Practices: Improper Lien Sale on Recovered Stolen Vehicle - Avoid WAP Towing/Recovery! This was, without question, the worst experience I've ever had with a towing/recovery company. My van was stolen 12 years ago and recently recovered by WAP. Instead of properly notifying me as the registered owner, they failed to make any legitimate contact. Bad, takes longer than it was. Doesn't sound to convincing about coming. Had to call multiple times.
They are liars & thief's. They are a practicing criminal tow yard. They lied to me making me believe that I was signing my vehicle over sent me the last bill. Now they say I owe more. They are liars and thieves here.
