I always have the best experience here. If my usual GP I have seen for 12 years is not available, the reception staff are always able to offer me another appointment with a different GP and they are always able to help. I had a chance to see Dr Rodinov a few weeks ago and it was a very pleasant experience, and she went above and beyond to assist me. I will always recommend this clinic!

This place really gone down hill. Back to bull billing but appts 10mins. All about $$$. Been going there for years but 2 of my good doctors have left. Recently lady dr. told me, she not taking on new patients, they are understaffed, if not happy go somewhere else (never mind i am a long client there for over 13 yrs) and literally handballed me out . So rude!

I saw Tatyana Rodinov, not sure I should even put Dr in front, I went in for a suspicious bump on my back that showed up ~6 months ago, she said she can't feel anything and that it's my spine. I asked her to write referral for dermatologist, but she refused. I made sure she write this out for me and she put "solar keratosis" on there. I didn't know what that meant so I asked her to explain, and she said to Google it. I google it and it says it's a precancerous skin condition...????
