If I could give no stars I would. They have the rudest doctors at this clinic. Not once but twice I have experienced absolute rudeness. On top of this I am a pensioner, who is supposed to be bulk billed, and they told me I must pay for my appointment. When I questioned why, they said because it was a long appointment. The appointment was on phone, and lasted 4 minutes. That is hardly a long appointment. They are deceitful and the worst clinic you can go to.

If you like being treated like garbage this is the place for you! Been going here literally my entire life with the same doctor. New partners came in and desk staff changed and after 30 years seeing the same doctor was told couldnt see him anymore as hes not taking new patients. The desk staff talk to you like you are a major inconvenience just for existing. They lie about passing on messages to the doctors, they cancel appointments that you have made literally months in advance to get into the doctor you want to see. Absolu... read more

My daughter was sent home from kindergarten with high temperatures, she was shaking, and complaining of a sore ear. I saw DR Tatyana Rodinov which like always said it’s a viral infection, and just give her “Nurofen and mandarins” Two days later my daughter is still miserable, not eating temperatures of 39.7c so my ex booked her into his GP who said she has a ear infection and her glands are very swollen and prescribed antibiotics, within 2days my daughters temperatures has finally come down and she is on the mend.
