Receptionists are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I waited over 2 hours for my appointment and was constantly dismissed by the rude receptionist. Terrible service
Unhelpful, and rude. Didn’t listen to anything that I was saying and tried telling me that they apparently know how I’m feeling. Then as I tried to explain to her what I was trying to say she got up and stormed off to the door and told me to leave. Not once was I being rude, I just wanted an actual answer to what I was after and what future steps I could take to find out what I have going on. My husband went to see Dr kiran and she was very rude.
The best doctor's clinic I have been in years. Dr Sidhra is amazing as she is attentive and takes her time to listen and explain.
Your new process for making online bookings is terrible! A message was sent to my phone with the confirmation of the appointment, however there was no link provided in the message to cancel the appointment. There is only your general number which provides a recorded instruction and directs the caller to the website and also instructs the caller if they want to cancel an appointment to click on a "link" in the confirmation message.
