My husband Passed away from this hells place not even 24 if I knew these place is hell I wouldn’t let my husband to be transferred here my husband died here due to lack of care, not only that As I walk in the hallway you can hear the Patient screaming for help and nobody give attention to the Patient it’s traumatized my children and myself

Bad communication, bad coordination, my husband was in pain the medicine they give my husband is not enough, Neglect, nightmares
Helen the head nurse working 24/7/25 in Palliative care needs a serious education in compassion and kindness. After saying goodbye to a loved one who just passed she didn’t even offer condolences and was very rude. Talk about the wrong person for the job! Move her on or get her some serious emotional intelligence training! I could see other nurses in her presence were embarrassed by her. The 1 star is for unprofessional Helen. My sister was from a disability house, suffering from a long drawn out kidney disease. She was at Eastern Health for a week and a half when she passed away. The medical staff earlier in the week had decided to return her to the house even though she had gone down hill in her heath. We, the family couldn't believe their decision . She was no way well enough to go back to her accommodation, and there is no medical assistance at the house. The nursing staff were wonderful but I don't think much of the decision makers.
