Received my wake tower as ordered at Christmas time but missing the mirror accessory that was ordered. Been 4 months since first contacting via email, 2 follow up calls with assurances it will get sorted but nothing yet. Just going to take the $120 loss. The tower is good but seem like their logistics is a bit sloppy.
Was having a little trouble with our new wake shaper, they were super helpful problem solving the idea. Went above and beyond! Thank you wanted wake team!
