The worst car wash hands down. My car came out still dirty and they never touched the roof of my SUV. Really pathetic. I left tips in the entrance and exit of the wash for both groups of workers. Regret it deeply. A really shoddy job. I brought up to one of the drying crew that my hood was still dirty; he smiled and said “ you want to do it?” The workers could care less about quality. Instead they just seem to care about pushing out volume. Bad business practice. Not good!

I went here for the first time today to get my 2023 Macan washed. I picked this place since it is close to my house, calls itself a hand wash and the reviews were pretty good. I am very disappointed with the quality of service. I knew I made a mistake when I saw the large “Boars Hair” brushes they use to clean both the wheels AND paint. They allege these brushes are not as harsh as horse hair. My car definitely begs to differ. The swirling of my paint looks just as bad as if I drove it through it automatic car wash. Bad customer service I will never return to this car wash...NOT customer friendly AT ALL! One of the workers must have put the windows down a little when wiping down the inside of the car. The car goes through and I end up with a sopping wet carpet on the drivers side. I reported it and didn't ask for money back or anything...just wanted them to attempt to dry it somehow...vaccuum or sop up with a towel. Man was quite rude, said "It'll dry on its own", walked away and yelled back "Next time shut your windows!" I had checked ... read more

great I went here because a friend recommend them to me.I dropped my car off to be detailed.They did an amazing job.They made the car look like new again.I was real happy that I tried them.I would recommend.

Place was great! Very detailed with the work thorough every step of the way. Owner Harris is a young guy who takes pride in his place something I can really stand by. Will Defoe back. Worth the ride from merrick.

My new car is ruined and damaged from this place, it just cost me $600 to fix it with a real detailer. They left my car with residue all over it, scratched the door (probably from careless workers hardware on their jeans) and it looks like someone took a Brillo pad to the hood and back. They even forgot to clean 1ft up from the bottom. You can see all the scratches from dirty cloths and carelessness. Super disappointed, learned my lesson. Please don’t make the same mistake I did!

If I could give them zero stars I would but it’s not an option. The first and last time I’ll ever use this place. Got my car washed there yesterday because there was bird poop all over my back window. They didn’t even take the time to take it off and by time I noticed it I was not turning around as it would have made me late for an appointment I had.
