Absolutely superb service from start to finish. I booked months in advance and was contacted a week before my procedure with all the details I needed to prepare. Whilst the day was long, the staff and Dr Munir were very attentive (I even got a shoulder and neck massage when I was aching). Then the aftercare was second to nine, with daily check ins and speedy responses to any questions that I had from Becky. All in all, superb service.
First phone consultation with Matt today and I've already made up my mind and will be booking with you. I've been waiting weeks for two competitors (in the UK) to reply with follow on questions that Matt already had the knowledge to answer. Really appreciate your time ❤️
