Very poor customer service and follow up. Had them out 3 times to fix one issue on our stovetop. Paid $517 and a week later contacted again as another issue occurred. They quoted +$400 to replace a ($50-$60) part and basically a 10 min job for a qualified gas plumber. Refuses to consider it as the same job and when I offered to pay for the part and asked for a more reasonable cost of labour they refused to consider. Great work thank you, had a fridge problem just 3 days before heading off to Tassie. Found the problem, ordered the part, even had problems with transport delivery, evening with all that they still got us away on time. So thank you very much.
Never ceases to amaze me how efficient this organisation is. The quality of work, prompt attendance, customer focus and polite and pleasant behaviour of the staff is to be commended
