Rebecca really stands out by way of her personalised service -she knows my property well and has always found really good tenants. She attends to maintenance issues promptly and is very knowledgeable re trades. There have been times when the tenants went overseas and Rebecca kindly watered the plants (there are many!) and kept the pool clean. I really trust Rebecca with my most important and expensive investment!
So nice to have Pia and Rebecca looking after our rentals. Both are extremely courteous and so attentive to every detail.
