I attended Wansbeck Hospital ward 15 in June (I thought I'd already posted a review) I was sent to wansbeck in error, should have been at another hospital. The receptionists on ward 15 couldn't have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I could still attend my correct hospital. Thanks to you both for you exceptional help and friendliness at a particularly stressful time.

Attended on a Sunday for a specific x-ray after receiving and appt reminder by txt which incidentally had no time on it we arrived to find nobody in x- ray dept. On leaving the said dept a very pleasant Aaron Brown took us through to emergency care dept only to be escorted back to x-ray by another staff and told to sit in a specific area and await being called . Surely the txt could have instructed us of the procedure for out of hours appt and saved all this.

Very noisy, relative got no rest. Relative left with no cot side up and hanging over the side of the bed at risk of falling out. Staff were rude on at least 2 occasions. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the care. Tablets just left on table and my relative was not able to take them on their own. Staff then came and just binned them.

Went in today for an operation on my foot - everyone was fantastic (especially Hayley) - helpful, friendly and very efficient. The hospital was super clean and I could not find fault. Well done to all the staff and thank you.
