Horrible customer service. They messed up my dates, charged me for the wrong dates. Can barely get ahold if anyone when needed. Uncomfortable hard, worn in bed. Stove kept going off in the middle of the night. Decided to leave instead of listening to the stove and now no one will help me get some sort of refund. Horrible horrible experience. Not to mention all the lies management has to give when trying to work something out.
