I came back to Dr Malyadri after moving interstate, and I’m so glad I did. She’s always friendly, reliable, and thorough with check-ups and cleans. I’ve also had a great experience with more complex work like my stent and cap tooth. It's been hard to find another dentist as good!
Very disappointed with our visit. I took my 5-year-old daughter in because her baby tooth hasn’t fallen out even though the adult tooth has been growing in for over 2 months. I clearly explained my concerns — food gets stuck between the teeth, it’s hard for her to clean, and I’m worried about the permanent tooth being pushed out of position. My mother went to get a quote for a new denture and was charged $110 for it. The reception insisted that it needs to be paid as it is for an oral examination, but it was a denture quote only. She is healthy orally, and no examination was conducted nor was required! She has been getting quotes elsewhere, but no other places charge for a quote. My mother ended up paying for it, but she is very uncomfortable and wants me to share her experience with you all.
