VERY DISAPPOINTED with my appointment with Dr. Giles Bointon. He was coughing throughout the consultation, which didn’t feel very professional at all. I explained that my partner had both a bacterial and viral infection (influenza A), yet I was basically told to just “rest” without any proper examination or testing. The whole appointment felt rushed and dismissive. Honestly, it was a complete waste of time and money — I left feeling no closer to getting any real help. Would not recommend.

Administration staff extremely rude, charged me for a non attendance fee for appointment when I was standing at reception checking in. Refused my appointment as there is a fee to be paid on first visit even to concession card holders which was never stated clear when booking. Would never recommend would never rebook

Came here on a Sunday as it was one of the few places open and waited only 10mins to see Dr Naeem. Good doctor and very through and I like the service that I got.

Arranged a telehealth appointment and GP was very unpunctual - over an hour late. on top of that, it was not made clear to me that no medicare rebate would apply to a telehealth appointment - from a good practice, I'd expect this to be made very clear when taking payment...
