Excellent service
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wanaroo Total Health Care today. I had an appointment with Dr. Endonna Ng scheduled for 8:15 AM, but I waited until 9:00 AM and the doctor never showed up for no apparent reason. When I inquired with the receptionist multiple times, her attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. Frustrated and out of time, I left without seeing the doctor. I strongly urge management to address these issues with both scheduling and customer service. ⸻
