Will take my business elsewhere to Melville Renault where the service is on point and where the employees aren't too lazy to send you a quote. Parts department at Wanneroo are RUDE and LAZY. Refused to send a quote to a paying customer because they're "too busy of a dealer". Absolute joke. You have a paying customer and it's literally your job.

They make you go for repair again and again. One part is fixed and another broken so that we go again to diagnose what needs to be fixed next. Each diagnose cost you$250 and just imagine going there three or four times to diagnose within a month. They charge you hourly rate of $250. If they need more time to diagnose it cost you extra $250 for additional hour. Very disappointed with the service.
