Good, friendly service with timely delivery of serviced vehicle.
I found the process of booking easy. Madeleine, the young lady at reception was professional and friendly and Hayden who drive the courtesy vehicle was also polite and professional. I received my vehicle back clean and in good order which I truly appreciate. There is still warranty work to be done so I will look forward to further contact. Thank you
Wish I could give zero stars. Do not use these guys their customer service and their service is the worst. I made the mistake of getting my van serviced by them due to capped price serving. Multiple times I had to bring my van back as they hadn’t done things like update software which after service kept bringing up a oil level error code, after a service my van kept stalling as the battery voltage had dropped, got van back and hadn’t been washed and vacuumed as they said it would and made a big song and dance of letting me k... read more
