I was a bit disappointed, i rang with a question about my Jeep car radio, I asked if anyone could help me with the problem - i was passed between the service and parts teams 3 times, nobody offered any insight, eventually i was told - sort it on your own, for a potential paying customer would expect better treatment over the phone
