Came out a few hours after phone call to check my elderly mums aircon. They ordered the parts and was all fixed a few days later. Have used Wanneroo Gas & Air for several years and could not be happier with the prompt service (expecially looking out for our elderly). Thanks for the great service.
Terrible experience. Amateur installation, didn't clean up and there is a gap between the aircon and the wall. Our aircon also smells of shrimp on certain settings and we were first told it would go away on its own, it got worse and when they finally came out to inspect it we were told it was fine even though an unpleasant smell came through the unit. They are unwilling to fix the installation or remedy the smell and told us to contact Panasonic.... Spend a little extra and go with the professionals. You get what you pay for... read more
We have dealt with this company for a number of years. Their service is always outstanding and prompt. They always do their best to get it repaired quickly.

After 17 years our much loved everdure gas heater finally broke. Rather than letting it go and paying over $1000 for a new one, we gave wanneroo gas and air a go. $190 and it’s like brand new! Even fixed the fan rattle. So happy
