Whats the point of getting an appointment if you have to wait 30-50 mins even after coming at the time of your appointment? Unprofessional staff, when asked, they just said they don’t know how long would it take. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone, save your time and energy and go to a different clinic.
Absolutely worst clinic in Brampton. Do not waste your time going somewhere where you will not be taken seriously, nor will your health issues. I couldn’t even explain my symptoms to Dr. Kamela before she began shouting and yelling and asking me what I would like her to do. This is no way to speak to your patients, especially if you claim to be in a noble profession.
Worst clinic Iv been to. Receptionist hold a rude attitude. Never going there again.
Doctor is experienced but the staff working here is not worth working in a healthcare or any customer service sector because in this stream you need to be empathetic which the receptionist doesn't know the meaning of. Someone would only go see a doctor if they are ill or some serious concerns. But every time , the staff here would ask you to book an appointment and the availability would be after 15 days.
