Did an excellent job cleaning out my ears .Smooth as silk.
Do not go to this man. He was relentlessly condescending, dismissive, showed no curiosity about my medical history, and was extremely physically rough with me. He punched me hard on the arm, repeatedly gripped my head without warning and dug his nails into my scalp, which was not even remotely required for the examination. Recklessly dismissive. My mom had her ear wax removed. He was efficient, removed the ear wax painlessly, and did a good job!
First visit with Dr Wanless was great. He listened to me and devised a plan and said he just needed to see my CT scans to confirm his plan(s). Called me a couple of weeks later, had received the CD with the scans and set an appointment. Got to the appointment, he just that day decided to look at the CD and it didn’t work with their system and of course no IT folks to try to help.
